NordicByNature offers you walks of different length.

During these walks, we will slowly go towards a state that was once human nature. You will also understand, that this state still is human nature.

We offer 3-5h walks and a 3-day walk.

3-5h walk

This walk is ideal for everyone who wants to learn something essential for life in a short time.

 

After we meet at an anounced/ agreed location, we will start our walk.
During the walk we will:

  • increase the use of our sences
  • feel our surroundings
  • get an understanding of us and our role in nature
  • learn about the "bigger picture"
  • learn about our possibilities, limitations and responsibilities as living beings

Even though the walk is very short in relation to the length of "the path ahead", it still gives you a good foundation.

3-day walk

This walk can be described as an eye-opener for life.


You will "see" nature as you have maybe never seen it before and you will get an idea of what it means to be human.

 

On the first day, we will meet at an anounced/ agreed location, and than travel to a place in the forest.
After getting to know "our home area", you can take part in lessons, excersises, walks and other activities during the next two days (2 nights in the forest).

During this walk we will:

  • learn to use our sences more efficiantly
  • feel our surroundings
  • explore our role as living beings
  • be good in/to nature
  • learn about the "bigger picture"
  • practise the principles of minimal impact

The content is very similar to the content of the 3-5h walk.
Due to the longer time in the forest, we will get a lot deeper into the subject, proceed a lot furher along the trail and learn a lot more about us, all other living beings and earth.


Note:

For this walk you should bring your own sleeping bag, backpack, sleeping matress, water bottle and food. We will sleep in the open under provided tarps and cook over open fires in provided pots.

Sinneswandel

Der NordicByNature Sinneswandel ist ein Wandeln in vielerlei Hinsicht.
Wir wandeln (nicht wandern oder spazieren) zum einen durch die finnische Natur und Kultur.
Zum anderen wandeln wir durch die Zeit, zurück in die Zeit unserer Vorfahren, die in diesen Wäldern schon zur Steinzeit lebten. 
Wir bekommen Einblicke in Überlebens- und Wildnisfertigkeiten und vermutlich werden einige Eigenheiten der finnischen Mentalität an dieser Stelle etwas verständlicher.
Wir gewinnen ein Verständnis über die Bedeutung von Fauna und Flora.

Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt des Sinneswandel ist unseren Sinnen gewidmet. 
Wir lernen unsere Sinne besser zu nutzen und so mehr zu sehen, zu riechen, zu hören, zu schmecken und zu fühlen.
Durch einige Übungen kommen wir so in die Lage, Natur so natürlich wie möglich zu erleben.

Letztlich geht es im Sinneswandel auch um unser Selbstverständnis als Mitglieder der natürlichen Gemeinschaft.
